masi Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the masi platform and all related services. By registering an account on masi or using any part of the site, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the site.

masi reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on masi, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are created, masi reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.
• An account is strictly personal — using it on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

masi may verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. masi reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Closure

Users may request permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. masi may also suspend or close an account without notice in cases of rule violations or suspicious activity.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on masi is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency for Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on masi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

A bonus is not cash. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

masi's other promotions include the masi Weekly Reload Festival (20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x), masi Slots Fun Bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x), masi Cricket Offer (25% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 15x), masi Birthday Special Gift (up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x), and masi Refer a Friend Reward (up to ৳3,000, wagering 12x).

Each promotion has its own activation method and time limit. A second bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless the specific terms allow it.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If masi determines that a user is abusing the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts, attempting to complete wagering at low risk through coordinated betting, or claiming bonuses using false information — that bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.1 Bet Cancellation and Correction

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, masi reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the original stake to the user.

5.2 Betting Limits

masi sets minimum and maximum betting limits across various games and markets. These limits may change depending on circumstances. The limits for a specific game or event are shown directly in that market.

5.3 Sports Betting

Bet outcomes for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports will be determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sporting authority. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

5.4 Technical Errors

masi is not responsible for bet cancellations caused by server errors, internet disconnections, or any other technical issue. In such cases, game logs and server data will be considered the final record.

masi's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%.

6.1 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

6.2 Tier Changes

VIP tier is determined based on a user's regular activity and participation on the platform. masi may review or change the VIP tier criteria at any time if it sees fit. Cashback is credited to the account automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on masi:

• Attempting to access another person's account.
• Using software bots, automated betting systems, or hacking tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Being rude or making threats toward masi staff.
• Exploiting known technical errors for unfair gain.

masi is committed to protecting users' personal information. Data collected at registration is used only for providing services, verifying identity, and maintaining security. Information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

11.3 Applicable Law
